Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction and carpentry techniques, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role requires hands-on experience in the construction industry, including knowledge of both residential and commercial projects. As a Builder, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of tasks that contribute to the successful completion of building projects.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Perform frame carpentry, trim carpentry, and cabinet installation with precision and attention to detail.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks.
- Conduct concrete forming, plastering, and masonry work as required by project specifications.
- Install fixtures, doors, siding, and roofing materials to enhance structural integrity and aesthetics.
- Engage in water damage restoration and mold remediation efforts as needed.
- Execute heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to all safety protocols on the construction site.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Participate in remodeling projects that may include flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, electrical work, and caulking.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or the restoration industry is required.
- Strong skills in carpentry, woodworking, metal stud framing, CNC operation, assembly, and fabrication are essential.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately is crucial for success in this role.
- Experience with rebar installation and concrete forming techniques is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of roofing systems and siding installation practices is beneficial.
- Must possess maintenance person experience with a versatile skill set across various trades including electrical work, plumbing, painting, and flooring installation.
- Strong physical stamina to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly throughout the day is necessary.

- This Candidate must have verifiable cabinets building experience of at least 10 years.
- This Candidate must have vast knowledge of all aspects of a cabinet shop.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
