ELECTRICAL FOREMAN

Field Operations | Full-Time | Non-Exempt

Lead from the front. Build the crew, the career path, and the reputation that defines our projects.

We're looking for an Electrical Foreman who doesn't just run a crew — who builds one. This is a role for someone who can read a panel schedule and read a room just as well: technical enough to solve problems in the field independently, and a leader crews genuinely want to follow. If you take pride in craftsmanship, believe safety is non-negotiable, and want your leadership to shape the next generation of electricians, this is your opportunity to make a visible, high-impact difference every single day.

Why This Role Matters

As the frontline field leader, you'll be the one steering safety performance, crew productivity, installation quality, and schedule execution — and the primary connection between your crew and project leadership. It's a role that combines deep technical expertise with real people leadership: reading complex drawings and making sound field calls, while mentoring apprentices, coordinating with other trades, and setting the professional standard the company is known for. The Foremen who thrive here lead by example and make the entire crew better just by showing up.

Our Core Values

Trust is Our Foundation

We build lasting relationships through integrity, accountability, transparency, and reliability — doing what we say, owning our mistakes, and treating every person the way we'd want to be treated.

Always Learning, Always Teaching

We pursue continuous improvement in everything we do and invest generously in the growth of the people around us.

Teamwork is Our Edge

We achieve exceptional results through collaboration, open communication, and genuine mutual support — the strongest outcomes come when we work together.

Our Work is Our Proof

We let the quality of our work, the professionalism of our conduct, and the results we deliver speak for themselves.

What You'll Do

● Lead and supervise electrical crews, setting the daily game plan and keeping everyone aligned on priorities, safety, and quality.

● Champion a safety-first culture — daily toolbox talks, hazard analyses, and zero tolerance for shortcuts.

● Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen, turning potential into real, promotable skill.

● Read drawings and specs independently, making sound field decisions that keep projects moving.

● Own labor productivity and budget performance, tracking progress and course-correcting in real time.

● Keep quality airtight — ensuring every installation is inspection-ready and code-compliant the first time.

What You Bring

● Journeyman Electrician License in good standing (Master Electrician preferred).

● 7+ years of electrical construction experience, including 2+ years leading crews.

● Commercial electrical construction experience; industrial, healthcare, or data center experience a plus.

● Strong command of the NEC, OSHA, and NFPA 70E standards.

Where This Role Can Take You

This is a proven path, not a dead end. Foremen who master this role are positioned to grow into Field Supervisor and beyond — and the Foreman position itself is the natural next step for a Lead Electrician ready for full people-management accountability. We invest in your development because your growth is our growth.

Why Join Us

We're a company built on the belief that great crews are built by great leaders, and that investing in our people is how we win — for our customers, for our projects, and for each other. You'll join a team that takes safety seriously, takes pride in the work, and genuinely has each other's backs on and off the jobsite.
