Position Overview: We are seeking a Full-Time Well Water and Pump Filtration Technician. In this role, you will work hands-on to install, maintain, and service water filtration systems, pumps, and water tanks.
No prior experience in water systems? No problem. While experience in the well or water industry is a massive plus, we are fully willing to train the right person who possesses a strong work ethic and a desire to learn a valuable, lifelong trade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with and perform the installation and service of residential and commercial water pumps, filtration systems, and water storage tanks.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, basic electrical, and plumbing components of water systems.
- Safely load, unload, and handle equipment and materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized service truck and job site.
- Provide excellent, polite service to our customers on-site.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- License: Must possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (Required).
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and handle the physical demands of outdoor/field service work (Required).
- Aptitude: Strong mechanical aptitude is highly preferred.
- Bonus Skills: Any prior experience in plumbing, electrical work, well installation, or pumping systems is a major plus, but not strictly required.
- Background Check: Must be willing to undergo a standard background check.
- Attributes: A reliable work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
