Boston Standard is looking for an HVAC Service Apprentice who wants to learn from experienced techs, get hands-on experience, and work toward becoming a full-fledged HVAC Service Technician.
No sitting behind a desk. You’ll be working with your hands, solving problems, learning something new every day, and building a career in a trade that’s always in demand.
What You’ll Do
- Ride along with experienced HVAC Service Technicians
- Help diagnose, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
- Get hands-on experience with AC, furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, and mini-splits
- Learn how to troubleshoot problems instead of just replacing parts
- Work directly with customers in their homes
- Build your skills and take on more responsibility as you grow
What We’re Looking For
- HVAC school or vocational training preferred
- EPA 608 is a big plus
- Some hands-on HVAC experience is great, but we’re willing to teach
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools
- Reliable, motivated, and ready to learn
- Good with people and comfortable talking with customers
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
