Residential HVAC Technician – Entry Level

$22–$26/hr | Local Collin County Routes | Training & Career Advancement

We're adding a Residential HVAC Service Technician (training provided) to our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has completed HVAC training or has up to two years of field experience and wants to continue developing their service skills.

You'll work primarily throughout Collin County, keeping your routes close to home rather than spending your day traveling long distances.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

As you gain experience and become more comfortable in the field, you'll gradually participate in a limited on-call rotation.

The Role

You'll gain practical experience working on residential HVAC systems while learning how to confidently handle service calls. Responsibilities will include:

Performing HVAC maintenance and assisting with residential repairs
Developing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Learning proper repair and service procedures
Working alongside senior technicians on more complex calls
Communicating professionally with homeowners
Maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-friendly approach in the field

What You Bring

HVAC trade school completion is strongly preferred
0–2 years of residential HVAC or closely related experience
EPA certification, or the ability and willingness to obtain it promptly
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Mechanical aptitude and genuine interest in learning the trade
Basic hand tools
Dependable, professional approach and positive attitude
Comfortable working directly with residential customers
