CT P-1 PLUMBER — Ready to Be Paid & Treated Like a P-1?

$110,000–$150,000+ Earning Potential | Sign-On Bonus | Company Truck | Benefits | Leadership Opportunity

Home Services & More / Mr. Rooter of Connecticut

You earned your Connecticut P-1 license. That took years of experience, training, testing, and hard work.

Your career should reflect it.

If you're currently running jobs, solving everyone else's problems, training younger plumbers, handling difficult customers, and carrying responsibility without getting the compensation, authority, or recognition that should come with it — we should talk.

We're looking for an experienced Connecticut P-1 Plumbing Contractor to become a key part of our growing plumbing operation.

We're not looking for the cheapest plumber we can hire. We're looking for the right one.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

$50–$65+ per hour based on experience and ability
$110,000–$150,000+ total earning potential
Performance and production bonuses
Sign-on bonus for the right P-1
Company truck
Company phone/tablet
Health insurance
Paid time off
Paid holidays
Simple IRA retirement plan
Uniforms, tools and equipment
Consistent year-round work
Established customer base
Real opportunity to move into Plumbing Manager / Department Leadership

ALREADY HAVE A GOOD JOB?

Good. We're looking for good plumbers.

You don't need to be unemployed or actively searching to talk with us.

If you're doing $100,000+ worth of work for your employer and wondering why your career isn't moving forward, let's have a confidential conversation.

Tell us what you're making.

Tell us what you like about your current job.

Tell us what you'd need to make a move.

If you're the right person, we're willing to have that conversation.

WE WANT THE PLUMBER EVERYONE RELIES ON

You might be the person who:

Gets sent to the jobs other technicians can't figure out
Gets called when another plumber needs help
Knows Connecticut plumbing code
Can diagnose a problem without guessing
Can explain a $10,000 repair to a homeowner professionally
Takes pride in doing the job correctly
Helps train apprentices and younger technicians
Understands that great service and profitability can go together
Shows up when they say they're going to show up
Doesn't need someone looking over their shoulder

If that sounds like you, you're exactly who we want to meet.

THE OPPORTUNITY IS BIGGER THAN A SERVICE TRUCK

We're building and expanding our plumbing operation.

For the right P-1, this can become much more than running service calls.

We're looking for someone who can eventually help us:

Grow the plumbing department
Establish best practices
Train and develop plumbers
Improve quality control
Help recruit additional plumbing talent
Take on leadership responsibility
Build a department they're proud to put their name behind

If you want to stay in the truck and make great money, there's an opportunity for that.

If you want to help lead and build a plumbing operation, there's an opportunity for that too.

WHAT YOU NEED

Active Connecticut P-1 Plumbing Contractor License
Strong residential and/or commercial plumbing experience
Excellent diagnostic ability
Valid driver's license
Professional communication skills
High-quality workmanship
Ability to work independently
Strong customer-service mentality
Leadership mentality

YOUR CURRENT EMPLOYER DOESN'T NEED TO KNOW YOU'RE TALKING TO US.

We understand that changing companies is a big decision.

Your conversation with us will be confidential.

No pressure. No drawn-out interview process.

Come meet us, learn where we're taking the company, tell us what you're looking for, and see whether there's a fit.

You Worked Hard for Your P-1.

Let's talk about what it's worth.

Apply today and we'll contact qualified P-1 candidates directly.
