Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC systems.
Repair and replace electrical components, wiring, motors, compressors, thermostats, and control systems to restore system functionality.
Conduct plumbing system maintenance and repairs related to HVAC units, including refrigerant lines and drainage systems.
Ensure compliance with safety standards by adhering to electrical work protocols, plumbing codes, and facilities maintenance procedures while documenting all work performed.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC system repair.
Proficiency in electrical equipment repair including wiring, circuit boards, relays, switches, and electrical troubleshooting.
Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively; welding skills are a plus.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing.
