About Phoenix Water Solutions
Phoenix Water Solutions is a national water conservation and infrastructure company helping municipalities, multifamily communities, and commercial properties reduce water consumption through technology, infrastructure improvements, metering systems, leak detection, and water management solutions.
We are expanding our field leadership team and are looking for a hands-on Plumbing Superintendent who can lead crews in the field and ensure high-quality execution across plumbing and water infrastructure projects.
This is a field leadership role.
This is not an office-based coordinator role.
This is not a junior or assistant position.
We need someone with deep plumbing experience who can step onto a jobsite, direct field operations, enforce quality standards, and ensure projects are built correctly, safely, and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day field operations for plumbing and water infrastructure projects
- Supervise plumbers, laborers, and subcontractors on active job sites
- Interpret and execute plans, specs, and construction documents
- Coordinate installation of piping systems, water lines, meters, and related infrastructure
- Ensure work is completed according to code, safety standards, and project requirements
- Conduct site walkthroughs and quality inspections
- Coordinate material needs and deliveries with project teams
- Solve field issues quickly and effectively without waiting on office escalation
- Maintain jobsite productivity and schedule adherence
- Work closely with Project Managers to align field execution with project goals
- Enforce safety compliance and jobsite discipline
Success In The First 6 Months Looks Like
- Independently running multiple active job sites
- Leading crews with minimal oversight
- Delivering high-quality plumbing installations with minimal rework
- Maintaining strong jobsite productivity and schedule adherence
- Becoming the go-to field authority for plumbing execution decisions
- Building strong trust with both field teams and office leadership

Required
- 7+ years plumbing construction experience
- 5+ years in a field leadership role (Foreman, Lead Plumber, or Superintendent)
- Strong experience in commercial, multifamily, or infrastructure plumbing
- Ability to read and execute construction drawings and specifications
- Proven experience managing crews and jobsite productivity
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and installation standards
- Experience coordinating materials and field logistics
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
Strongly Preferred
- Water infrastructure or utility plumbing experience
- Underground plumbing / civil utility installation experience
- Multifamily or large-scale commercial project experience
- Experience working with metering systems or water conservation projects
- Familiarity with project scheduling tools
- Experience working with distributed or multi-site projects
Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000-$100,000 Base Salary (depending on experience)
