The Support You Need to Succeed
We set our field leads up for success by handling the "noise" so you can focus on the build:
- Full Office Support: Our team handles design, logistics, permitting, and client scheduling.
- Integrated Technology: We use Buildertrend to keep projects organized, ensuring you have plans and schedules at your fingertips.
- Dedicated Crew: You will lead your projects with a dedicated helper assigned to your crew.
Compensation & Benefits

- Equipment: Company truck provided OR a monthly allowance for using your own truck/trailer.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. We value a predictable schedule and do not work weekends. We look for leads who take pride in their work and stay until the "task at hand" reaches a safe, professional stopping point for the day.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As the Lead Remodeler, you are the face of our brand on-site. You will:
- Produce high-end results across kitchen, bath, and basement projects.
- Work efficiently to meet project timelines and stay within budget.
- Execute carpentry, light plumbing, and light electrical tasks with precision.
- Direct and mentor your helper to ensure safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, professional job site and communicate effectively with the office.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional carpentry and residential remodeling experience.
- Technical Skill: Highly proficient in finish carpentry, framing, and light MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
- Physical: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, operate all necessary power tools, and manage the physical demands of high-end remodeling.
- Professionalism: A clean-cut, professional demeanor with a commitment to representing a premium brand.
