Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of draft beverage equipment using hand tools and power tools.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams to support maintenance tasks.
- Support the setup and operation of refrigeration systems, electrical wiring, plumbing connections, and mechanical components.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify issues with equipment and perform basic repairs or escalate as needed.
- Help with equipment cleaning, calibration, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Operate company vehicles safely for delivery or service calls while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including repair logs and inspection reports.
Experience
- Prior experience with appliance repair or installation is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Basic mechanical knowledge with familiarity in reading schematics and using ladder logic is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with electrical work, plumbing, refrigeration systems, or equipment troubleshooting is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and ladder use safely is essential.
- Customer service skills are a plus for interacting professionally with clients during installations or service visits.
- Experience working with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) procedures will help you succeed in this role.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles or delivery driving is preferred.
