Iron Ridge Heating & Air LLC is a growing residential HVAC company serving Cañon City, Fremont County, Pueblo, Colorado Springs, and surrounding Southern Colorado communities.
We are looking for an experienced Colorado-licensed Mechanical Contractor / HVAC professional to develop a long-term working relationship with our growing company.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced licensed contractor, HVAC professional, owner-operator, semi-retired professional, or experienced installer who is looking for flexible, part-time work and an additional source of income.
Our goal is to build a professional residential HVAC installation operation capable of efficiently handling multiple projects while maintaining excellent workmanship, code compliance, permitting, and customer service.
Qualifications
- Valid license as an HVAC/Mechanical Technician with relevant state certifications
- Construction experience combined with service technician background is highly preferred./not required
- Strong mechanical knowledge including HVAC system installation, repair, maintenance, and building automation systems.
- Experience reading schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals for troubleshooting purposes.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC/R equipment troubleshooting, refrigeration systems, boilers, and property maintenance tasks.
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate a company van or vehicle safely; experience as a van driver is a plus.
