We’re a small, hands-on metal fabrication shop in Leetonia looking for a skilled Fitter who can read fab prints and do clean, accurate fit-up work.
This is a true 4-day, 10-hour schedule (Monday–Thursday). That means every weekend is a 3-day weekend. We also have a long-standing tradition of giving the Monday after the Super Bowl off.
What you’ll do:
- Read and interpret fab prints / blueprints and fabricate from them
- Layout and fit structural and plate components accurately for welding
- Work with plate, structural shapes, and custom fabrications for asphalt plants and rotary dryers
- Use standard fitting tools (tape, square, level, clamps, etc.) and shop equipment
- Maintain quality and dimensional accuracy

Requirements:
- Proven ability to read and work from fab prints / blueprints
- Solid experience fitting for welding (structural or heavy plate preferred)
- Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently in a small team
- Own basic hand tools preferred
