The Role
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Plumbing Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems while helping customers make confident, informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform in-home plumbing service and drain cleaning calls
Educate customers on products, services, maintenance plans, and financing options
Build strong rapport and trust with homeowners
Exceed revenue goals while delivering honest, top-tier service
Work closely with customer service and dispatch for job coordination
Maintain a clean job site and fully stocked vehicle
Participate in ongoing training, daily meetings, and company events
Train and mentor apprentices on technical and soft skills
Accurately complete paperwork, invoicing, curbside feedback, and option sheets

What We’re Looking For:

Active plumbing license and strong knowledge of local codes
Hands-on experience with soldering, pipe threading, fixture installs, and gas leak diagnostics
A clean, valid driver’s license
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
High integrity, strong work ethic, and desire to continually improve
Team player with a competitive drive to grow with the company
