Job Summary:
We are seeking an Apprentices for the HVAC and Plumbing trade. As an Apprentice you will work under the guidance of experienced tradesmen to learn the trade and gain hands-on experience in residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in installing and maintaining plumbing & HVAC systems
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Assemble and install pipes, duct, fittings, and fixtures
- Assist in troubleshooting issues
- Use power tools to cut, bend, and thread pipes
- Support in remodeling projects
- Learn to weld and solder pipes
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
Skills:
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Maintenance Person skills for general maintenance tasks
- Interest in learning how to work effectively
- Familiarity with power tools used in trade work
- Willingness to learn blueprint reading for layouts
