Pipefitter Foreman
Richmond, VA | $37–$42/hr + Company Vehicle + Excellent Benefits Package
Kodiak Labor Solutions is seeking an experienced Pipefitter Foreman to lead commercial mechanical piping projects throughout the Richmond area.
This is a hands-on field leadership opportunity for someone who knows piping, knows how to run a crew, and can take piping installations from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee pipefitters and welders in the field
- Plan and direct piping installations from layout through completion
- Manage manpower, tools, materials, and daily production
- Install and oversee piping using welded, grooved, threaded, soldered, brazed, fused, and cemented joints
- Work with iron, steel, brass, copper, plastic, and other piping materials
- Read and work from drawings, submittals, and specifications
- Support piping associated with boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and HVAC systems
- Maintain quality, productivity, and safe work practices throughout the project
What We’re Looking For
- Strong commercial/industrial pipefitting experience
- Experience leading pipefitting crews and field installations
- Ability to plan and execute piping work from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of piping layout, installation methods, materials, and joining techniques
- OSHA 30 and knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
