Experienced Heating, Cooling and Refrigeration Technician wanted for light Commercial Restaurant Service and Corporate Businesses. Applicants MUST have strong working knowledge of how to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and Refrigeration electrical circuits, read Super Heat and Sub Cooling on HVAC and Refrigeration Systems and understand sequence of operation for Package rooftop units, Refrigeration systems (walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines etc.). Kitchen cooking equipment (Hot-side) experience also required. Positions provide 40 hour weeks including available overtime. Positions are also available for Full Time and Part-Time, Experienced HVAC/R Preventative Maintenance.

Building / Construction Division: Maintenance work includes tiling, lighting, door hardware installation, framing and basic building maintenance needs. Must apply through the BDCS division.

Mechanical and Electrical Requirements:

-Applicants with No Commercial Field experience in HVAC and Refrigeration Service Please DO NOT apply (References Required)

-Must be organized and capable of completing Work Orders and paperwork

-EPA Universal or Training

-Valid Drivers License

-Kitchen Equipment Repair Experience

-Strong Electrical Diagnostic Field Experience
