The Project Manager - Mechanical / HVAC will:
- Manage HVAC and mechanical construction projects from planning through completion.
- Oversee client relationships, subcontractor coordination, and project execution.
- Lead Design-Assist project efforts and collaborate with preconstruction teams.
- Monitor budgets, schedules, procurement, and contract administration.
- Support major commercial fit-out and large-scale mechanical projects.
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure successful project delivery.

A successful Project Manager - Mechanical / HVAC should have:
- 3+ years of Mechanical or HVAC Project Management experience.
- Background managing commercial mechanical construction projects.
- Experience with Design-Assist delivery methods preferred.
- Exposure to Medical Gas, Process Piping, Compressed Air, or facilities projects is beneficial.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and industry-standard project management tools.
