Clifty Farm Country Meats manufacturers country cured ham and other specialty meat products with significant distribution in the south, southeast, and east coast regions of the United States. Burgers’ Smokehouse; a fourth-generation family-owned business, acquired Clifty Farm in 2019. Today we are the nation’s largest producer of country cured hams; a southern delicacy steeped in tradition and uniquely American, with many loyal grocery, restaurant, and mail order customers.
The HVAC Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining current HVAC systems as well as installation of new systems at the plant. The job will require good communication skills to coordinate with other work groups, as well as good troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues. We are looking for a highly motivated individual that will be able to maintain and repair the plants HVAC systems.
Tasks:
· Performing routine maintenance
· Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
· Removing old systems
· Installing new systems
· Communicating with other team members
· Ordering parts and maintaining equipment
Skills/Experience:
· EPA Refrigerant Certification
· Knowledge about refrigeration cycles and control wiring
· Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
· Good time management skills
· Organization skills and attention to detail
· Equipment troubleshooting
Preferred:
5+ years HVAC experience
Physical Setting/Normal Schedule: Industrial Plant-Paris, TN / Monday-Friday
