Duties
- Assist with reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution
- Use hand tools and power tools for woodworking, framing and siding.
- Perform heavy lifting and material handling to support various construction tasks safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Prior construction experience or relevant training in carpentry or woodworking is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines
- Knowledge of residential carpentry techniques such as framing and siding.
- Familiarity with construction site safety standards including power tool safety practices
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills

Pay: $28.13 - $40.00 per hour
