Set the Standard. Train the Team. Take Pride in the Results.

You know what a quality HVAC installation looks like—and you know how to help others get it right.

ARS–Rescue Rooter is seeking a Residential HVAC Installation Supervisor / Trainer to strengthen installation quality, coach our crews, and help build a team that takes pride in its workmanship. We’re placing a clear focus on getting installations right, developing our people, and earning our customers’ confidence.

In this hands-on field leadership role, you’ll work alongside installers, demonstrate proper techniques, inspect workmanship, and help solve technical challenges. Your experience will help develop stronger installers, reduce callbacks, and deliver systems our customers can depend on.

Your focus on quality comes with additional earning potential. In addition to your base salary, our bonus program pays $50 per qualifying installation quality assurance inspection. With approximately 80 installations per month at current branch volume, that represents potential bonus earnings of up to $4,000 monthly. Actual earnings depend on installation volume and qualifying inspections under the bonus plan.

Whether you’re a lead installer ready to move into leadership or an experienced HVAC professional who enjoys teaching others, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact through the people you develop and the standards you reinforce.
