Overview:

Pay Range: $30 to $50/Hour
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and installing all plumbing in park-owned properties
- Maintaining and installing all piping, drainage, venting ,all fixtures, leaks, backups, clogs and any other related issues
- Winterization and startup of all plumbing in all the buildings
- Interpreting blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials
- HVAC work including preventative maintenance changing filters, cleaning coils, changing belts and coordinating outside contract work
- Refrigeration work including PM and diagnosing issues. Coordinate outside contractor work
- Monitor and test fire protection pumps. Coordinate annual testing
- Monitor sewer ejector systems
- Monitor Fire protection piping and coordinate any outside contractor work
- Repair any gas or propane leaks
- Schedule hours for plumbing shop
- Repair all air lines on rides and install new systems
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Plumber’s License
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
- Friendly, outgoing personality and ability to address guest concerns
- Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the English language
- Willingness to work in a high performance team environment
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.
- 18 years old or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving history
