Job Overview
As a Water Treatment Installer Service Technician, you’ll install, inspect, maintain, and repair water treatment systems in residential and commercial settings. You’ll use practical plumbing and mechanical skills to deliver reliable service and clear, professional support to customers. MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN WATER TREATMENT,
Responsibilities
- Install and assemble water treatment equipment, piping, and related components; interpret technical drawings and follow local building codes.
- Inspect water systems, diagnose issues, and complete plumbing system maintenance and repairs, including drain cleaning.
- Use hand and power tools, pipe-threading equipment, plumbing inspection cameras, and welding methods as needed.
- Communicate with customers, explain work, and maintain a clean, safe job site.
- Operate a company vehicle and perform commercial driving and heavy lifting as job duties require.
Skills
- Essential: Plumbing knowledge, including residential plumbing; construction plumbing; mechanical knowledge; hand tools; power tools; assembly; and customer service.
- Essential: Construction experience or construction site experience, basic math, and the ability to follow safety practices and local building codes.
- Preferred: Welding, drain cleaning, plumbing inspection cameras, pipe threading, and interpreting technical drawings.
- Additional experience with water systems, plumbing system maintenance and repair, remodeling, handyman work, commercial driving, or company vehicle operation is valued.
Pay: $20.00 - $33.26 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
