WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Welder at Maintainer, you'll help build high-quality service truck bodies and equipment designed to perform in demanding environments.
You'll:
- Perform MIG (GMAW) welding to assemble and fabricate components.
- Read and follow blueprints, drawings, measurements, and work orders.
- Fit, position, and weld parts to meet quality standards.
- Use welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively.
- Work alongside a team that takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
- Continue developing your welding skills through hands-on experience and training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You don't have to know everything on day one. We're looking for people with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Basic welding knowledge or experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools, or willingness to develop those skills.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
- Dependability, a positive attitude, and a team-first mindset.
- Commitment to working safely.
- Ability to complete Maintainer's welding skills assessment.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
