We are a growing family-owned HVAC company looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as an HVAC Technician – Mini-Split Cleaning Specialist. This position focuses primarily on cleaning and maintaining ductless mini-split systems for residential and light-commercial customers.
We are willing to train the right candidate. Previous HVAC, maintenance, construction, or hands-on experience is a plus, but we are most interested in someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
The ideal candidate takes pride in doing quality work, treats customers and their property with respect, and is comfortable performing physical work in a variety of environments.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain mini-split systems, including indoor units, outdoor units, filters, coils, blower wheels, drain pans, and condensate drain lines.
- Use cleaning tools, equipment, and approved products to provide thorough and professional service.
- Properly protect customers' homes and businesses during cleaning.
- Inspect systems for visible dirt buildup, drainage problems, leaks, and other maintenance concerns.
- Perform basic operational checks before and after cleaning.
- Notify the appropriate team member or supervisor of any issues that may require additional HVAC service or repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Care for company tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Communicate professionally with customers and represent the company positively.
- Follow company training, safety procedures, and service standards.
- Travel to assigned customer locations as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Dependable, punctual, responsible, and motivated.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, tools, and cleaning equipment.
- Comfortable with physical work, including bending, kneeling, reaching, and using ladders when necessary.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Professional attitude and good customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as required for the position.
Experience is a plus, but not required. Experience in HVAC, mini-split cleaning, construction, property maintenance, or other hands-on work is beneficial. We are happy to provide training for a candidate who demonstrates the right attitude, reliability, and work ethic.
HVAC certifications are welcome but are not required for this cleaning-focused position.

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
