We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! Duties
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical systems including HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances.
- Maintain HVAC & appliance technology by calibrating systems, replacing parts, and upgrading components as needed.
- Support maintenance operations by managing equipment repair schedules, performing preventive maintenance, and documenting work performed.
- Assist with construction projects or renovations requiring mechanical systems expertise to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a strong background in HVAC/R systems, plumbing, electrical wiring, and mechanical systems repair.
- Ability to operate equipment repair tools safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Experience with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO), construction projects.
- Capable to patch roofs is a plus!
