Loyal Source is seeking a skilled Security Installation Technician to support commercial security system installation and service projects in Aiea, Hawaii. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with intrusion detection, CCTV, fire alarm, intercom, and access control systems and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting both new installations and system upgrades.

Install commercial alarm, fire alarm, CCTV, intercom, and access control systems.

Perform new system installations, upgrades, expansions, and modifications.

Conduct system testing, signal verification, and commissioning activities.

Provide customer training on system operation and functionality.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure optimal performance.

Maintain accurate documentation of work completed, testing results, and service activities.

Manage vehicle inventory, tools, and equipment required to perform assigned work.

Utilize technical resources, manuals, and support teams to efficiently complete projects.

Monitor project progress and ensure assigned tasks are completed on schedule.

Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Support additional projects and assignments as needed.

High School Diploma, GED, or vocational training.

Minimum of one (1) year of experience installing or servicing electronic security systems.

Working knowledge of:

Commercial intrusion detection systems

Fire alarm systems

CCTV systems

Access control systems

Intercom systems
-
Understanding of applicable local and national codes.

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

Experience pulling wire and installing low-voltage systems.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Strong attention to detail and work ethic.

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and above-ceiling spaces.

Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work in confined spaces.

Ability to distinguish colors and read wiring diagrams.

Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods.

Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel as required.
