Our installers have a flexible schedule for a better work/life balance and a 40-hour work week. This position starts with a competitive salary of $50K+ a year (based on experience) plus commission opportunity.

*** Duties include: ***
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems and components including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, fresh air and other accessories.
- Start up of your equipment
- Follow local laws and proper install procedures
- Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly and meeting factory performance standards after installation
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
- Using our dispatching software to check in and out of jobs, create proposals, create invoices and make recommendations to customers.
- Reports to general manager
*** Qualifications ***
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug test
- EPA certification for handling refrigerants (Type I and II or Universal)
- Proven experience as an HVAC installer ( At least 1-2 years experience preferred)
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment common to the HVAC trade
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to clients
- Ability to use software required for the job. This includes dispatching software, smart phones, email etc.
