Field Manager Responsibilities: Your role will be to manage all the day to day operations of our field employees. By field employees this will include all Service Technicians and Installers. You will be reporting directly to our owner. You will be the most senior position in the field and will be expected to be a leader for our organization as we continue to grow. Your success will be measured by hitting revenue goals, gross profit goals and maintaining a top rate culture.

Our Field Manager will be an expert at:

Residential Install: You are someone who is an expert at best install practices, up to date with code and someone who is willing to get in a crawl space to help your guys or teach by example.
Residential Service: You are someone who is able to help troubleshoot over the phone, handle difficult customers and lead and train a team of Service Technicians.
Servant Leadership: You are the kind of leader that others want to follow, not as a dictator but more as a coach and a mentor.
People Skills: You are someone who has a history of clearly communicating with customers and employees to set and meet expectations.
Time Management: You are an expert at scheduling jobs and planning everything out in advance so everything stays on schedule.
Problem Solving: You are an expert at learning from mistakes and constantly learning your trade.

Job Requirements:

At least 10 years of Residential HVAC experience
Must currently have a job at an HVAC company
Management Experience is required
Willingness to commute or relocate to Boiling Springs, SC
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
