Aqua Tech Plumbing & Heating is hiring a Plumbing Apprentice to join our fast-paced, professional team and learn the trade firsthand — while we pay for your education, support your licensing, and provide steady, full-time work all year. You’ll work side-by-side with licensed professionals who take pride in their work and expect the same from their apprentices. What We Expect from You:

Plumbing experience preferred but will train the right candidate
A genuine interest in plumbing and HVAC
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools (you’ve used a drill, wrench, etc.)
Ability to read a tape measure accurately and follow measurements closely
Good physical condition — capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working on ladders
Clean, professional appearance and good hygiene — we’re in people’s homes and businesses
Positive attitude and team mindset — we’re only as good as the crew beside us
Strong communication skills and a willingness to listen, learn, and take direction
Dependable and flexible with work hours — we finish jobs the right way, even if it takes a little longer
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

A Typical Day Might Include:

Assisting licensed plumbers with installation or repair of plumbing and hydronic systems
Running pipe, setting fixtures, prepping materials, and maintaining clean workspaces
Learning how to interpret plumbing layouts and job specs
Loading/unloading tools and materials and maintaining company vehicles
Communicating with team members and site supervisors to stay on track
Attending job-related classes and steadily working toward your journeyman license

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
