Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Mechatronics and Robotics Technician to join our innovative manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex automated systems, robotics, and mechanical equipment. Your expertise will ensure seamless operations, improve efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on automated machinery, robotics, hydraulics, and electrical systems within the manufacturing facility.
Troubleshoot issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills to identify root causes quickly and accurately.
Program, calibrate, and optimize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to ensure reliable automation performance.
Utilize precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to assess system health.
Conduct inspections using low voltage and high voltage electrical experience to ensure safety compliance and operational integrity.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Support field service operations by diagnosing problems on-site and providing technical assistance for industrial electrician tasks including welding, welding, or HVAC/R systems.
Assist with troubleshooting HVAC systems, including HVAC/R units, ensuring optimal climate control within the facility.
Operate equipment such as scissor lifts safely for maintenance tasks at elevated heights.
Collaborate with engineering teams on schematics review and implementation of new automation projects.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

Proven industrial mechanic experience within a manufacturing facility environment.
Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience in industrial settings.
Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices including hydraulics, welding (including welding), and HVAC/R systems.
Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and understanding of schematics for troubleshooting automation systems.
Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, multimeters, etc., for diagnostics.
Knowledge of CMMS software for maintenance planning and record keeping.
Demonstrated analysis skills to identify issues efficiently and implement effective solutions.
Field service experience preferred, especially in industrial electrician roles or related technical sales environments.
Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
