Overview:

This position includes answering incoming calls about basic product info, design, installation, and start-up procedures as well as troubleshooting for HVAC contractors and Johnstone employees.
Other responsibilities will include coordinating job-site visits with customers to provide technical advice, support, recommendations, and troubleshooting.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 7 years’ HVAC experience with residential and commercial applications, including ductless systems.
NATE Certified preferred
Valid driver’s license required, as there will be travel to job sites.
Compensation dependent on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
