Job Duties

Encourage and build mutual trust, respect and cooperation between team members
Manage field technicians and office employees for day-to- day operations
Strong technical and product knowledge
Provide technical support and training for technicians to ensure quality standards are met
Ability to professionally resolve and customer and/or staff member complaints/issues
Handle customer inquiries
Provide quotes and oversee projects
Maintain inventory for technicians
Day to day office paperwork
