Marksman Metals is seeking a Paint Supervisor for our powder coat paint line and liquid paint areas. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the fully automated powder-coat paint line; and the spraying of either powder coat paint or liquid paint, depending upon customer requirements.

As a Paint Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

Oversight of the powder coat and liquid paint areas
Assisting in all areas as needed: powder coating, liquid paint, hanging or unloading parts on the paint line, etc.
Supervise operations of the paint team to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity
Direct and confer with team leads to meet weekly ship schedules
Build and update production schedules,
Ability to handle multiple jobs, while knowing the status of current production jobs
Maintain adequate paint and powder inventory
Troubleshoot and improve processes
Independent and self-directed, as well as team-oriented and team-accountable
Excellent attention to detail and high quality, perform inspections following our ISO standards

Qualifications:

Experience in powder coating and/or liquid painting
Ability to read prints
Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but not required

Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 6am-3:30/4:30PM - dependent upon workload. There is ample room for overtime.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
