We’re on the lookout for driven and experienced MA and RI Licensed Plumbers to join our expanding team. As we take on more new construction and remodel plumbing projects, we need someone who can take the lead, keep things moving, and make sure every job is done right.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage plumbing aspects of new construction and remodel projects from start to finish
Coordinate with builders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and resolve on-site issues
Develop and maintain project schedules
Ensure all plumbing work meets local building codes and safety regulations
Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Manage and lead plumbing crews, ensuring productivity and accountability

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in plumbing and/or construction project management
Proven experience with new construction and remodel projects
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety regulations
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
