Legacy Heating & Cooling is one of Rhode Island's fastest-growing HVAC companies, and we're looking for a motivated, customer-focused HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our team.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, solving problems, and helping customers make informed decisions regarding their home's heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems.

Unlike many sales organizations, our philosophy is simple: educate first, recommend what's best for the customer, and let our reputation do the selling.

What You'll Be Doing

Meet with homeowners and business owners to evaluate HVAC replacement and upgrade opportunities.
Conduct in-home comfort consultations and system assessments.
Develop professional proposals for heating, cooling, ventilation, and indoor air quality solutions.
Explain equipment options, efficiency ratings, rebates, financing, and long-term value.
Follow up on proposals and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Coordinate with our operations and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Represent Legacy Heating & Cooling with professionalism and integrity.
Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

What We're Looking ForPreferred Qualifications

HVAC industry experience preferred.
Experience in sales, estimating, service, installation, project management, or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Self-motivated and organized.
Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
Comfortable using technology, email, and CRM systems.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Compensation

$60,000 - $80,000 Base Salary + Commission

Expected First-Year Earnings: $90,000 - $150,000+
