POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

Full-Time Carpenters – $30–$40+/hr (5+ yrs experience)
Part-Time Entry-Level Carpenters– (1+ yr experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and reliable Carpenters with hands-on experience in residential remodeling projects. This role involves working on a variety of home improvement jobs, including kitchens, bathrooms, and basements, with duties ranging from framing to finish work. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, capable of working independently or as part of a crew, and comfortable handling light electrical tasks, drywall, trim, and painting.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform demolition, and construction for kitchen, bathroom, and basement remodels
Proficient with interior stair and railing installation
Frame walls, install drywall, and finish to paint-ready condition
Install baseboards, crown molding, window and door trim with precision
Execute light electrical work (e.g., fixture installation, switch and outlet changes) in compliance with safety codes
Paint interior surfaces with clean lines and quality finish
Follow blueprints, schematics, and building plans accurately
Ensure job site cleanliness and maintain safe working conditions
Communicate effectively with homeowners and team members
Assist with material take-offs and site preparation

Qualifications:

3+ years of residential carpentry/remodeling experience
Proficiency in framing, trim carpentry, and crown moulding
Ability to install interior railing systems
Basic electrical knowledge (no license required, but safety is a must)
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or in confined spaces as needed
