We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Maintenance Director to lead our maintenance team and ensure our facilities reflect the high standards of care we provide. What You’ll Do:

Oversee Facility Maintenance: Manage all aspects of building and grounds maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs.
Lead a Team: Supervise and mentor maintenance staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and excellence.
Ensure Safety & Compliance: Conduct regular inspections to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring a safe environment for residents and staff.
Manage Budgets & Vendors: Coordinate with vendors, oversee contracts, and manage maintenance budgets to optimize resources.
Respond to Needs: Address emergency repairs promptly and efficiently, minimizing disruptions for residents.
Enhance Resident Experience: Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute facility upgrades that improve comfort and aesthetics.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 5+ years in maintenance or facilities management, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting.
Skills: Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), with hands-on repair experience. Ability to read blueprints and manage projects.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Certifications: HVAC, electrical, or other relevant certifications a plus. Knowledge of OSHA and state regulations preferred.
Heart: A compassionate, resident-focused mindset with a commitment to creating a safe and welcoming environment.
Availability: Flexibility to respond to emergencies outside regular hours when needed.
