Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate HVAC installation projects from initial planning through completion, ensuring adherence to schematics and design specifications.
Supervise and mentor a team of technicians, fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment.
Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and HVAC design plans to accurately install complex systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, boilers, and ammonia refrigeration systems.
Perform precise equipment repairs, maintenance tasks, welding, and troubleshooting using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic devices.
Oversee the integration of plumbing and mechanical components necessary for HVAC system functionality.
Conduct field service visits for troubleshooting HVAC/R issues across various properties, including appliance repair and property maintenance tasks.
Ensure all installations comply with safety standards, building codes, and company policies while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Experience

Proven experience in construction, HVAC installation or service technician roles with a focus on mechanical systems.
Must have a NH Install and Service Gas Licenses.
Experience with HVAC design plans, and technical manuals.
Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with Boiler, Furnace, Air Conditioning, Duct Work design and installation, Mini-Slit and Heat Pump installation.
Knowledge of plumbing systems, boiler operation, electrical wiring, welding techniques, and equipment repair.
Field Management Experience; This is a Field Position
Familiarity with HVAC/R systems including mechanical knowledge of Commercial Systems.
Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and perform equipment repairs efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
