We are seeking an experienced Field Technician III to perform specialized repair, coating, cleaning, and modification work on prestressed concrete tanks and other concrete infrastructure. This role requires hands-on experience in construction, coatings, or infrastructure repair, along with the ability to lead and guide field crews on project work.

The Technician III will work closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. This role requires strong field experience and the ability to take leadership responsibility on job sites when needed.

This position involves travel to project sites and occasional overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities

Perform repair, coating, cleaning, and modification of prestressed concrete tanks and other concrete structures
Safely operate tools, equipment, and materials used in infrastructure repair and coatings
Assist the Superintendent with training and directing field personnel
Communicate project requirements and ensure field crews follow procedures and safety standards
Identify and communicate job site issues or conflicts with project plans
Read and interpret technical product data and specifications
Select proper equipment and materials required to complete repair work
Recognize field conditions and communicate updates to project leadership
Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years field experience in CCR work OR
5+ years experience in infrastructure repair, water/wastewater, or coatings industry
Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Ability to work at heights and on active construction sites
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with concrete repair and coating systems
Knowledge of construction materials and repair techniques
Ability to read technical product specifications
Experience leading or directing field crews
Basic computer/tablet or smartphone skills for field communication

Working Conditions

Work is performed primarily in the field at construction sites
Frequent travel to job sites
Overnight stays may be required
Work may involve climbing, working at heights, and physically demanding tasks

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
