We are a nationally renowned restoration contractor specializing exclusively in vintage steel windows and doors. Our work spans high-end residences, historic properties, and architectural landmarks throughout the tri-state area.

Job Responsibilities:

Repairing steel window and door mechanics
Servicing and restoring vintage hardware and hinges
General disassembly, reassembly, and mechanical troubleshooting
Installation of new locksets (including drilling/tapping steel)
Replacing rotted steel sections; welding or brazing new steel
Assisting in fabrication of new steel windows and doors at our Peekskill workshop
Maintaining shop tools, equipment, and workspace in a clean and organized manner

Requirements:

Experience with power tools (drill, grinder, dremel, etc.)
Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and follow-through
Comfort working at heights (extension ladders etc.)
Experience with carpentry is a plus
Welding experience required
Fabrication experience a plus
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (carpooling available for NYC sites)
Comfortable working in high-end homes and interfacing with clients
