Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced carpenter with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in construction, remodels, and build-outs. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Frame walls, floors, and structural components according to specifications
Perform finish work including trim, doors, flooring, cabinetry, and detailed carpentry
Complete remodel projects from start to finish
Read, interpret, and execute blueprints, drawings, and project plans
Install windows, doors, drywall, ceilings, and related materials
Demonstrate basic knowledge of rough electrical and plumbing
Maintain a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant job site
Communicate effectively with teammates and project managers
Uphold company standards for quality, professionalism, and safety
