HVAC, Residential Retrofit /Remodel Installer/ Foreman
We are looking for an apprentice / journeyman / Foreman level HVAC installer who is looking to help us grow our retrofit department. We have a great group of customers that help us to maintain a solid back log of work.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned)

Installation work on HVAC replacement projects and remodel work
Depending on experience individuals may be project leads or be assisting on the team
Potential to lead a team over time depending on experience
Learn proper installation techniques from coworkers
Follows work instructions and safety rules.
Employs customer Code of Ethics.Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required
Resume showing prior work experience
Ideal candidates may have some vocational training
Any experience working in retrofit / equipment change outs is highly beneficial
Any experience working on new construction or remodels is highly beneficial
History of long term employment is preferred

Required Skills

Mechanical aptitude
Skill in performing routine manual labor installing ductwork and other mechanical tasks
Use of various hand/power tools common to trade
Mechanically inclined learning through observation and hands on experience
The ability to follow routine, verbal, and written instructions
The ability to communicate with team members and customers effectively
Capable of maintaining professional working relationships with team members
The ability to understand, analyze, interpret, and implement ideas related to mechanical codes.
Valid Driver’s License and good driving record required if driving any company vehicles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
