This position reports to the General Manager of Service

Responsibilities:

With support from the broader Team, focuses on ensuring a safe working environment on all McKenney Mechanical’s projects and at its corporate headquarters. Builds a strong Safety Culture across the Organization
Responsible for continued focus on McKenney’s strong belief in operating safely, with integrity
Oversee the day-to-day operations of an existing world class HVAC service business
Manages office staff, dispatchers and inside sales
With the support of the Service General Manager, creates and maintains customer relationships
Works with Service General Manager to cover new and existing account project needs and proposal development
Takes lead in developing and closing existing and new account “Service Projects”
As required, either supports or directly manages McKenney Service sales efforts including new customer campaigns
Manage Team and sub-contractors on new and existing service projects
Work with McKenney Team to forecast the Service Business developing needs like training, vehicles, and tools
Works with the McKenney project Team to understand their service needs and project hand-off to service
Supports various company activities like Team meetings and Special Projects
Develops, implements, and maintains focus on continuous improvement processes
Actively participates in community and industry events

Targeted Qualifications:

Ten years field experience in HVAC and / or construction industry
Strong Leadership skills
Ability to communicate and present across multiple mediums effectively, with professionalism
Capable of working somewhat independently at times and with the Team at other times
Computer experience with Microsoft Suite and various company software tools

Pay: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
