Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Handyman Roofer and Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. This versatile role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality roofing and plumbing solutions. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing water systems, roofing structures, and plumbing installations while adhering to safety standards and local building codes.

Duties

Perform roofing repairs, installations, and maintenance using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to ensure durable and weatherproof structures.
Conduct plumbing system inspections, including the use of plumbing inspection cameras, to diagnose issues accurately.
Install, repair, and maintain water systems, including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water heaters in residential and commercial settings.
Clean drains using specialized drain cleaning tools to prevent blockages and ensure proper flow.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to execute projects precisely according to specifications.
Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel between job sites.
Perform remodeling tasks such as assembly, heavy lifting, and general handyman duties to support ongoing construction projects.
Maintain compliance with local building codes and safety regulations while executing all tasks efficiently.

Experience

Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing, plumbing, or handyman work in residential or commercial environments.
Skilled in welding techniques for roofing repairs or custom metal fabrications.
Hands-on experience with construction plumbing systems, including pipe threading and system maintenance.
Familiarity with plumbing inspection cameras for diagnosing complex issues within water lines.
Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and interpret construction plans accurately.
Experience operating power tools such as drills, saws, pipe threaders, and other hand tools safely.
Knowledge of local building codes related to roofing and plumbing systems is essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Physical capability for heavy lifting, working at heights on roofs or in confined spaces during plumbing repairs.

Pay: $15.00 - $31.92 per hour
