Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing systems function efficiently and meet safety standards.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout of plumbing systems.
Perform pipe threading and welding tasks as needed for various projects.
Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete plumbing tasks.
Conduct remodeling work related to plumbing installations or repairs.
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems related to plumbing.
Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction projects to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for various tasks.
Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions accurately.
Valid commercial driving license.
Experience with pipe threading, welding, remodeling, and building is advantageous.
Proficient in using power tools safely and effectively.
Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others.
