Juan & Only Plumber is locally owned and operated, born and built right here in Austin. Our founder and Master Plumber, Juan, is a true Austinite who’s worked for all the major players in the city. After years in the industry, he saw firsthand how plumbers were treated and how customers were underserved—so he decided to build something better for both plumbers and the Austin community.

Now we’re growing and looking for a Residential Sales Plumber who wants more than just another truck and another dispatch.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll provide high-quality residential plumbing solutions, educate customers with clear and honest options, solve problems efficiently, and represent a local Austin company that actually cares about its people and its reputation.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for plumbers with residential experience (sales experience is a big plus), a strong customer-first mindset, pride in their work, and the ability to work well on a team. A good attitude and sense of humor are required—this is plumbing, after all. A Texas plumbing license (or the ability to obtain one) is required.
