About the Role

Crowne Plaza Warwick is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Engineer to lead the maintenance operations of our 350,000-square-foot hotel. This is a high-impact, visible leadership position responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning, safety, and aesthetics of our property, including all facilities and grounds.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of hotel maintenance, including building infrastructure, mechanical systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool operations, kitchen systems, and emergency equipment.
Manage, train, and supervise a team of skilled maintenance professionals.
Ensure preventative maintenance and repair work is completed efficiently and to high standards.
Maintain compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
Partner with hotel leadership to support guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree in a relevant field is preferred.
3–5 years of experience in a leadership role within a maintenance department of a large facility.
Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, cooling towers, and boiler maintenance.
HVAC certification preferred.
Proven ability to lead a team and manage large-scale facilities operations.
