We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Electrician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both commercial and residential electrical work, with expertise in trouble shooting, wiring homes, Problem solving. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage projects effectively while ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety standards. The Lead Electrician will be responsible for overseeing electrical installations, renovations, and maintenance on various jobs.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
Conduct inspections of electrical systems and troubleshoot issues using tools such as meters and power tools.
Ensure compliance with NEC regulations and safety protocols on all job sites.
Provide mentorship and training to junior electricians and apprentices, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
Manage inventory of hand tools and equipment necessary for electrical tasks.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a residential electrician or commercial electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems.
Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment such as electrical meters
Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
Experience in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents related to electrical work.
Background in construction site experience is preferred, particularly in renovation projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and customers.
Self-motivated individual with great intentions for everyone around them.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37.00 - $48.00 per hour
