We are an established, growing commercial kitchen service company with a strong customer base across Texas. We are looking for a highly skilled, motivated Senior Service Technician to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis.

This is a SENIOR-LEVEL ROLE for an experienced technician (with a minimum 7+ years of verifiable experience) who is ready to hit the ground running. If you have deep expertise in commercial kitchens and thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and hot side equipment
Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics to accurately diagnose and repair complex issues
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, and hot side equipment
Act as the “investigator” — troubleshoot and solve challenging mechanical and electrical problems
Deliver exceptional customer service in a variety of commercial settings (including schools)
Maintain accurate digital service records (parts, labor, and notes) through our web-based system
Collaborate with our Service Manager and Trainer while working independently in the field

Position Details:

Territory: The greater DFW metro.
Schedule: Not a 9–5. Some days are long; on-call rotation required (1-hour response time to management and on call)
Compensation for travel: Drive time paid (minus 30 minutes each way depending on how far outside of the Dallas you are)

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years proven & verifiable experience as a Commercial HVAC/R & Hot Side Service Technician
Strong hands-on knowledge of hot side equipment, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems
Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues
Valid EPA 608 Certification and TDLR Technician Registration Card required
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening prior to hiring
Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
Must be ready to work independently and as part of a team
