Job Description: Rocky Mountain Heating and Cooling is seeking a dedicated and motivated HVAC Apprentice to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and grow within our company. As an HVAC Apprentice, you will be responsible for assisting with installations, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems under the guidance of experienced technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
Follow company policies and procedures
Ensure job sites are clean and safe
Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Attend training sessions to improve skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong mechanical aptitude
Willingness to learn and take direction
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Valid driver's license
Punctuality and reliability
Ability to handle outdoor elements and work in various weather conditions
